Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz Spinach. Frosted or freshly chopped
  • 1 cup Sour Cream.
  • 1 Packet Mars Green Vegetable Soup. Unprepared
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise.
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese.
  • ¼ Spring Onion. Chopped
  • ½ cup Waster Chestnut. Chopped
  • ½ Parmesan Cheese.
  • Salt. To taste for seasoning
  • Pepper. To taste for seasoning

Instructions
 

Let’s get started;

  • Rinse fresh Spinach and drain excess water. You may pat dry on a kitchen towel.
  • Or, if using frozen Spinach, defrost and remove the excess water. Pat dry on a kitchen towel.
  • Measure and combine all cream and liquid-based ingredients in a big bowl.
  • Add Spinach to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  • Add spring onions, water chestnut, dry mars green vegetable soup packet, and parmesan cheese. Fold the ingredients.
  • Add more parmesan cheese as garnishing.
  • Refrigerate for 30 to 45 minutes before serving.
  • Serve with your choice of appetizers.

Tip: You may use a hand blender for a smoother dip or a spatula to combine the ingredients well for a coarse texture. Additionally, you may steam the Spinach for a softer texture.
