Ingredients
  

  • 2 ½ cup Spinach.
  • ½ cup Chopped Tomatoes.
  • ½ cup Chopped Cucumber.
  • ¼ cup Sprouts (like Broccoli or Reddish).
  • 1 tsp Extra-virgin of Olive Oil.
  • 1 ½ tbsp Lemon Juice.
  • 1 tsp Sunflower or Pumpkin Seeds.

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the chopped spinach and chopped tomatoes.
  • Then, add cucumber, red bell pepper, and sprouts.
  • After mixing all the vegetables, add extra-virgin olive oil and lemon juice, then mix them well.
