  • 2 tbsp gelatin
  • 3 1/4 cups water
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp almond extract
  • Blueberries, blackberries, peach compote, mint leaves


  • The first step in the preparation of this delicious dessert is Soften gelatin in100 ml of water.
  • Heat the remaining water, evaporated milk, milk, and sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves.
  • When all the ingredients are combined and the sugar has melted into the mixture add the softened gelatin, and mix well, then add the almond extract.
  • Pour into a pan and chill until firm, about 2 h or as needed and more. The height of the flan should be about 2 cm.
  • Cut gelatin into nice cubes, carefully place in serving dishes.
  • Add peach compote, juice and pieces of peach. Flan will soak up any flavors you add. Add the blueberries, blackberries or fruits you like.
