  • 125 g butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 395 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk chocolate
  • 1 cup blanched almonds


  • Prepare a fudge mold and line the mold with baking paper, so that the fudge is finely shaped without the mass sticking to the mold.
  • Put the pan on low heat, add butter, honey, sweetened condensed milk and sugar. Stir constantly over medium heat until boiling, reduce heat, simmer gently for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Remove the fine mixture from the heat and add the chocolate and almonds. Combine the ingredients, pour into a mold and leave to set in the fridge for about 2 hours, cut into squares and enjoy.

A heavy pan distributes heat evenly, so ingredients are less likely to burn when cooked at high temperatures, and a large pan also gives room for ingredients to expand during baking.
