Almond Hummus
Ingredients Â
- 1 cup blanched almonds
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup cup lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic 1
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp cumin
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 bunch radishes
InstructionsÂ
- Place the almonds, tahini, oil, lemon juice, garlic, coriander, cumin, water, saltand pepper in a small food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Drizzle with oil and serve with radishes. Makes 1½ cups
