Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup blanched almonds
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup cup lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic 1
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 bunch radishes

Instructions
 

  • Place the almonds, tahini, oil, lemon juice, garlic, coriander, cumin, water, saltand pepper in a small food processor.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Drizzle with oil and serve with radishes. Makes 1½ cups
