- 2 tbsp Chopped spring onions.
- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil.
- 500 g Salmon belly, cut into strips.
Marinate:
- ½ tsp Sesame oil.
- 2 tbsp Grated ginger.
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce.
- 3 tbsp Oyster sauce.
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice.
- ½ tsp Cinnamon powder.
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder.

- Use a bowl, put 500grams of salmon fish into the bowl. After that, put garlic powder, ginger, sesame oil, oyster sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, and cinnamon powder. Mix the spices with the fish and marinate the salmon for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Now you shall preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Use a baking pan, cover it with aluminum foil. Put some oil on the aluminum foil so that the fish may not stick to the paper.
- Layout the marinated salmon belly onto the baking pan, bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes or until you see the fish turning into a golden brown color.
