Ingredients for Bison Quinoa Hash Recipe
- 1 kg Bison.
- 1½ cups Red Quinoa.
- 3 Red Bell Peppers.
- 1 Red Onion.
- 8 Mushrooms.
- ½ can Red Kidney Beans.
- 1 tsp Leveled Cumin.
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder.
- ½ tsp Paprika.
- 1 tsp Oregano.
- 2 Pinches of Turmeric.
- ¼ tsp Ginger Powder.
- Salt as per your taste preference.
- 2 Pinches of Pepper.
- ¼ tsp Chilli Powder or as per your spice preference.
- ½ tbsp Olive Oil(Required for the greasing of the pan).
- Optional: You can also add 1-2 Zucchinis.

Preparation Method for Bison Quinoa Hash Recipe
- Cook Quinoa properly on a stove or in a rice maker.
Prep Veggies:
- Chop the Onion in cube shape.
- Slice the Mushrooms (whatever size you prefer).
- Cut the Bell Peppers in a small cube shape. Then, remove the seeds from the top.
Prep other Ingredients:
- Drain the can of Kidney Beans in a colander and keep it aside.
- Now, spray the Olive Oil on a pan or a skillet on a medium-high flame.
- Add Onions to the pan, then add Bell Peppers. Now, cook until the Onions turn translucent and the Bell Peppers are softened.
- Add mushrooms to the pan and cook then for a minute.
- Now, shred the Bison into pieces, then mix them into the Veggies.
- Add all the spices in the pan, Salt, Pepper, Chilli Powder, Ginger Powder, and Garlic Powder. Mix them well in the Veggies. Also, add Cumin in them and mix them properly.
- When the meat turns brown, add the Kidney Beans into it. Now, cook for at least 1-2 minutes.
- In the final step, add Quinoa to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Your delicious Bison Quinoa Hash is ready to be served. You can add additional toppings to make it more presentable, such as Curry Leaves or Chopped Spinach.
