- 1 tbsp Olive oil.
- 1 Cup kale.
- 1 Cauliflower.
- 1 Cup Cherry tomatoes.
- ½ tsp Salt.
- Pepper (according to taste).
- ¼ Cup Parmesan cheese.
- Pre heat oven to almost 500 degrees.
- You can use baking sheets alongside parchment paper and spray oil in them.
- All you need to do is to add kale, cauliflower, pepper, and olive oil in one bow land mix them well. You can add spices according to taste in this step but don't over do it.
- Now evenly spread this mixture onto the paper and make sure to leave spaces between them.
- Now start baking them for 10 minutes. Once done, change the sides and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Now, the cherry on top, sprinkle the cheese and bake for another 2 to 3 minutes. Make sure in this whole process cauliflower is tender.
- Now it’s done and ready to be served.
- You can drop the cheese part if you don’t like it (which is highly unlikely).
