Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 clove of crushed garlic.
  • ½ cup of sour cream.
  • ¼ cup of cream cheese.
  • 1 (14 oz.) jar of artichoke hearts.
  • 1 (12 oz) package of frozen spinach.
  • 2 oz grated mozzarella.
  • 2 oz grated Parmesan cheese.

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 350F/180C.
  • In a neat bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, and mayonnaise. With the use of a hand mixer until it gets fluffy.
  • To a parmesan cheese, add 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, gruyere cheese, spinach, and artichokes.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the cheese aside initially.
  • Allow baking for 25 minutes until the cheese becomes brown.
  • Leave for 5 minutes more to grill cheese (optional).
  • Slice the baguette in half, then brush each side with olive oil, turning one side over the other.
  • Broil the side with olive oil for about 2 minutes until it becomes slightly brown.
