Copeland’s spinach and artichoke dip recipe
Ingredients
- ¼ cup of mayonnaise
- 1 clove of crushed garlic.
- ½ cup of sour cream.
- ¼ cup of cream cheese.
- 1 (14 oz.) jar of artichoke hearts.
- 1 (12 oz) package of frozen spinach.
- 2 oz grated mozzarella.
- 2 oz grated Parmesan cheese.
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350F/180C.
- In a neat bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, and mayonnaise. With the use of a hand mixer until it gets fluffy.
- To a parmesan cheese, add 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, gruyere cheese, spinach, and artichokes.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the cheese aside initially.
- Allow baking for 25 minutes until the cheese becomes brown.
- Leave for 5 minutes more to grill cheese (optional).
- Slice the baguette in half, then brush each side with olive oil, turning one side over the other.
- Broil the side with olive oil for about 2 minutes until it becomes slightly brown.
