- 1 lb Leaf Lettuce
- Mashed Potatoes
- 1 cup Shredded chicken
- 2 pcs Boiled eggs
- Salt (as per taste)
- Red chili flakes (as per taste)
- Ginger garlic paste (as per taste)
- Vinegar (as per required)
- Olive Oil (as per required)
InstructionsÂ
- Rinse the lettuce thoroughly, and then pat dry with a paper towel. Dutch Lettuce can be consumed as a whole if you are taking it in a bun but if you are adding it to a salad, slice it finely.
- Wash the potatoes with lukewarm water and then boil them in a pan. Then leave the potatoes aside to let them cool. After the potatoes are at room temperature, mash them using a masher.
- Wash chicken and marinate it. For marination, rub salt,sprinkle red chilli flakes, pour ginger garlic paste, and then a little bit of vinegar. Leave it for 30 to 40 minutes. It would be better if you leave overnight. Then after marination, fry the chicken using olive oil and then shred it into small pieces.
- Take a bowl and mix chicken and mashed potatoes using a spatula. Then add the lettuce and mix slightly.
- After mixing all the ingredients, you can top it with eggs.It is optional, but eggs are good for health and add scrumptiousness to the salad.
