- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice. and Lemon Zest
- 1 cup Spinach. fresh and chopped
- ½ cup Tomato. Dried
- 3 tbsp Kalamata Olives.
- 1 cup Orzo Pasta.
- ½ cup Olive Oil.
- ¼ cup Pine Nuts.
- 2 tbsp Capers.
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese.
Note: if you want it to be more flavourful, you can add meatballs to this recipe as well.

- In a pan, heat Olive Oil on medium heat. Add Garlic paste and stir it in the oil, but make sure the Garlic doesn’t turn brown or get overcooked.
