  • 2 Salmon Fillets. (7ounces each)
  • 1 tbsp Black Peppercorns. (crushed)
  • ½ cup Sugar.
  • 1 cup Kosher Salt.
  • ½ cup Dark Brown Sugar.

  • First, add Sugar, Brown Sugar, and Salt to a bowl and mix it well.
