Norwegian Smoked Salmon Recipe
Ingredients Â
- 4 Salmon. Fresh fillets or slices
- ½ cup Heavy Cream.
- â…“ cup Porcini Mushrooms.
- 4 Orange Wedges.
- Cucumber. (Preferably chopped in strips)
- ½ tbsp Pepper.
- 1 tsp Salt.
- 5 grams Shallots.
InstructionsÂ
Preparation Method of Norwegian Smoked Salmon;
- Set the smoker at 225°F.
- In a small bowl, add heavy cream, pepper, and salt. Mix them well.
- In another bowl, add the dry ingredients – mushrooms, orange wedge, and shallots. Mix them well.
If you like you can also saute the veggies and orange wedges.
- Now, add the cream to the veggies and combine them well.
- Now, take a tray and place the salmon fillets one by one. Now, put the butter on each fillet and spread it evenly.
- Not place the salmon fillets on the smoker and let it cook until it’s a little cooked. Make sure you cook the salmon until its interior is pink and not translucent.
- The salmon fillets will take around an hour to cook.
