  • 2 pounds Wild Salmon fillet. Boneless and cut into 6 to 8 portions
  • 2 tbsp Avocado oil.
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice.
  • 1 tbsp Old bay seasoning.
  • 1 tbsp Dried dill.


  • The first step is to cut salmon fillets into at least 6 to 8 portions or required as per servings followed by the removal of pin bones with a gentle hand using tweezers.
