Ruth Chris Creamed Spinach Recipe
- 2 cups of milk
- ¼ cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tbsp of nutmeg
- ¼ cup of chopped yellow onions
- ¼ cup of white wine
- 6 tbsp of unsalted butter
- 20 oz of thawed frozen spinach
- Salt and ground pepper
