- 57.25 g Silken Tofu.
- ½ Banana.
- 0.19 Cup Cranberry Juice.
- Quacker Oatmeal – plain (1/2 Dry).

Ingredients for Silken Tofu Blueberry smoothie
- 1 Cup Soft tofu.
- ½ Banana.
- ½ Cup Non-fat dairy milk.
- ½ Cup Non-fat plain yogurt.
- ½ Cup Blue berries(frozen).
- Thoroughly was all berries and cut the banana into pieces.
- Grab a mixer, blender, or anything which you use at home for mixing ingredients.
- Put silken tofu in it and blend it before adding berries.
- Now, add all berries inside and blend them again. It will take around 2 minutes at maximum to bed one with it, and a very perfect healthiest snack will be in your hands.
Note: you can also blend berries and tofu in one go. Everyone has a different choice of style, and that’s fine. Tweeze and play with your recipes until you find that one perfect which suits you out of all people well.
- This smoothie will serve four people at once. You can add or remove quantities accordingly, and the quantity will be adjusted according to it.

- First of all, grab a blender and add your tofu, half banana, half of the blueberries, milk, yogurt, and tofu in it and blend for few seconds. Once the mixture is smooth, add all remaining berries in it and blend until it has a very light, smooth mixture and texture.
- You need to be careful about blueberry flavor! Tofu and yogurt shouldn’t be overcoming blueberries’ taste and flavor. Tadaaa!!!!
