Before you begin your keto diet plan, you may have taken some foods that are carb-dense. For every gram of carbs you take, the body also stores around 4g of water. When getting into a low-carb, high fat keto diet, the body will get into a state of ketosis draining stored fluids faster than a bullet train– in the form of sweat as well as urine.
