  • 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter. (You can use salted too)
  • 1 tbsp Flour.
  • ½ tbsp Garlic. Chopped and minced
  • ¾ cup Heavy Cream. You can use more or less depending on the consistency you prefer)
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese. Shredded (you can add Mozzarella and Cheddar to make it more cheesy)
  • cup Spinach. Fresh or frozen chopped Leaves

Optional/You can add any vegetable you like

  • ¼ cup Bell Peppers. Chopped (green/yellow/red)
  • ¼ cup Cherry Tomatoes. Chopped
  • ¼ cup Green Onions. Chopped

Here is what you need to do;

  • Preheat the oven to 359 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Take a medium-sized skillet and melt the butter over medium flame.
  • As the butter melts, throw in the garlic and cook until the aroma fills the air.
  • Lower the flame a little, and stir in the heavy cream gradually. Keep stirring until it thickens and smoothens.  We do not want any lumps forming.
  • Add in the cheese and mix well. If you want the consistency to be less thick, you can add more cream and vice versa.
  • Add in the spinach and cook until the leaves wilt. (you can add other veggies too).
  • Transfer this mixture into a baking pan and spread evenly.
  • Top it with some more cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • Serve hot as an appetizer or as a side dish with the main course!
