Ingredients
  

  • 1 lbs kale
  • 3 tbsp  olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 1.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F, after placing the rack in the middle of the oven
  • Add the oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic powder, and cayenne to a large bowl and whisk until blended
  • Wash, de-stem, and chop the kale into 1-inch pieces. Add it into the bowl and toss to coat
  • Spread the kale pieces onto a large baking sheet in a single layer
  • Bake until crispy, 16 to 20 minutes, turning once during cooking
  • Take the dish out of the oven and enjoy!
