  • 4 Salmon fillets. 4 ounces ( around 3-4 inches thick)
  • cup Dark Brown Sugar.
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce.
  • 1 tsp Rice Vinegar.
  • ½ Lime. Juice extract
  • 2 tsp Canola Oil.
  • 4 tsp Chinese Hot Mustard. Prepared
  • Salt. To taste

Instructions

  • Mix together brown sugar, mustard, lime juice, and soy sauce in a medium-sized bowl. Whisk to combine the ingredients in a well-blended sauce.
  • Take 1 tablespoon of the prepared sauce and put it in a separate small bowl. Add in rice vinegar, mix it well, and put it aside for garnishing.
  • Brush the salmon fillets with olive or canola oil. Next, sprinkle salt and pepper onto them.
  • Sear the salmon fillets in a pan on a medium to high flame until the color starts to change into brown.
  • Make certain that salmon doesn’t get overcooked as it has to go in the NuWave Oven next.
  • Now pour the prepared sauce/glaze and give each side of the salmon fillet a generous brush of the sauce.
  • Empty the contents of the glaze/sauce prepared over salmon fillets and put them in the oven at 400 degrees for about 5-7 minutes.
  • Transfer the prepared salmon onto platters and drizzle small amounts of sauce from the small bowl onto them.
