  • 8 oz Cream cheese. (reduced fat will work too)
  • 16 oz Sour cream. (can use light)
  • 8 tbsp Unsalted butter.
  • cups Parmesan cheese. (shredded)
  • 14 oz Artichoke hearts. quartered and roughly chopped (drained)
  • 4 oz Jalapenos. finely chopped, (drained)
  • 10 oz Spinach. thawed and drained frozen
  • 3 Garlic. crushed cloves


  • Melt together 8oz cream cheese, 16oz sour cream, 1 stick butter, and 1.5-2 cups parmesan cheese in a pot over medium heat, often stirring until melted, smooth, and bubbly.
  • Stir in the chopped artichoke hearts, drained jalapenos, and drained spinach. Finally, add 2-3 crushed garlic cloves. And you are done.

Notes: Serve immediately with chips, crackers, or toasted baguettes.
