Pomegranate Mimosa

  • 1 oz Pomegranate juice.
  • 1 oz Aperol. or you may use Orange juice
  • 4 oz Sparkling wine.
  • Orange slice for garnishing.


  • Take out a champagne flute and add Pomegranate juice and Aperol to it. Now tilt your glass slightly and add in the Sparkling wine. You may add ice if you like. Place the orange slice on the mouth of the glass and serve.
