Add ¾ cup of strawberries and sugar to a bowl. Mix well.
Add fresh cream, milk, and lemon juice. Mix well.
Pour into an aluminum tray and cover with aluminum foil.
Place in the freezer for 8-10 hours.
Remove mixture from freezer and blend. Continue to blend until the ice crystals break down and the mixture is thick. Make sure it is not watery.
Transfer the mixture into a bowl. Add the remaining ¼ cup of strawberry and mix lightly.
Pour into a container. Freeze again for about 5-6 hours or till the ice cream sets. Serve when ready!
