  • 1.1 lbs skinless salmon fillets or 500g
  • 1/4 cup melted margarine
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp grainy Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp low sodium Soy Sauce

Optional ingredients for additional flavor

  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp light mayonnaise


  • Preheat your oven to 425℉
  • Line your 913 baking dish with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easier cleaning up
  • Arrange your salmon fillets on the baking dish
  • In a small bowl, incorporate the margarine, maple syrup, mustard and soy sauce
  • You can add your optional ingredients into the sauce bowl at this stage
  • Pour the mustard mixture evenly over the fillets
  • Pop the baking dish into the oven for 12 minutes or until the instant-read thermometer gives a 158℉ reading and the fish flakes easily with a fork
  • Plate the salmon and sprinkle any remaining cilantro and enjoy with your favorite side dishes!
