Ingredients
  

  • 120 g Baby Kale.
  • 3 cups Almond Meal.
  • tsp Baking powder.
  • 1 tsp Sea salt.
  • 4 pcs Eggs.
  • cup Macadamia oil.
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice.
  • 2 tsp Honey.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180o C or 356o F. Use oil or butter to grease a 9.5cm by 19.5cm loaf pan and line it with baking paper.
  • Finely mince baby kale in a food processor. Combine the kale, baking powder, almond meal, and salt in a bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk oil, eggs, oil, honey, and lemon juice. Add this mixture to the kale mixture. Stir well.
  • Spoon this mixture evenly into the prepared pan and put it in the oven. Bake for about 45 to 50 minutes. Check for readiness by inserting a skewer into the center; if it comes out clean, the bread is ready.
