  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 2 tsp garlic, minced
  • 10 oz frozen spinach
  • 14 oz artichoke hearts, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • In a pot, boil some water
  • Once boiling, pour your spinach into the water and boil for about 1 min, until wilted
  • Once boiled, pour into a colander and drain out all excess water
  • Once the excess water is drained from the spinach, transfer it to a bowl
  • In the same bowl, add the sour cream, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, artichokes, salt, and pepper
  • Mix everything until combined
  • Transfer to a casserole dish
  • Bake at 325F for 15-20 minutes
  • Serve within 2-4 hours

Tips for this recipe

  • If you’re short on time, instead of boiling the spinach you can also microwave it on high for 2-3 minutes until wilted
  • To save time in the last step, instead of baking the dip, you can microwave it until the cheese has nicely melted
  • For a spice kick, try adding some cayenne or paprika powder to the mix
  • Similarly, you can also add chopped jalapenos for that spice kick
  • You can skip the artichokes if you prefer
  • If you need to make this dip ahead of time, try to use it within 2 hours max
