Wholegrain Mustard Dressing
1/4 cup of wholegrain mustard
2 teaspoonfuls of agave syrup
1/2 tablespoonful of fine sea salt
1/2 cup of mustard oil
1/2 cup of olive oil
1/2 teaspoonful of black pepper
1/4 cup of red or white wine vinegar
Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl and shake together. Cover the bowl with a lid.
You can make your mustard dressing after about one week. So just give the covered mixture sometime.
